Look What Euclid Has

This is Lincoln Electric's new windmill, in Euclid (just east of Cleveland proper).  I can't decide whether I like it or not. It can be pretty, if you look at it the right way - like God's pinwheel. But it's huge and stark, too.

I have the hardest time commenting on your blog! Not sure why... This is the third time I've tried on this post.... And this time I'm not giving up! LOL.

Gorgeous! I love coming down 90 and seeing it in the distance. I find it sleek and modern and in many ways, like looking into the future. And the past.

Sorry you've had trouble posting. Thanks for your persistence! (You must know I love comments. ;)

Do you think it would hinder energy production if Lincoln Electric added some streamers?....

well you have to know how I feel, as green as I am (despite evidence that I occasionally only hit green at 80%).

Do you know what kills 80 eagles per year in California alone?

New windmills.

If YOU kill one, you go to prison. If the windmills kill 80, well then....that's "Green Living!"

How about old windmills, Anonymous? Do they kill any eagles?
